Cancellation Policy<\/h5>

Asia Prosthetics Care Sdn Bhd
Standard Orders (Readymade Products Only)<\/p>

  1. You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full
    refund, provided the order has not yet entered the shipping process.<\/li>
  2. Cancellation requests must be submitted to uci@asiaprocare.com and
    include your order number.<\/li>
  3. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will
    fall under our Refund & Return Policy<\/li><\/ol>
    Refund & Return Policy<\/h5>

    This policy applies to readymade, non-customised products purchased
    from our eCommerce website.<\/p>

    Returns<\/h5>
    1. Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of
      delivery, subject to inspection and approval by Asia Prosthetics Care
      Sdn Bhd.<\/li>
    2. Returned items must be in substantially the same condition as when
      supplied and suitable for resale.<\/li>
    3. We reserve the right to reject or partially refund returns that do not meet these conditions.<\/li><\/ol>
      Non-Refundable Items<\/h5>

      The following items are not eligible for return or refund:<\/p>

      1. Items marked as final sale<\/li>
      2. Products that have been used, worn, fitted, or altered<\/li>

        1. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact uci@asiaprocare.com within 48 hours of delivery, with photos and your order number.<\/li>
